Job summary

Radley James is expanding its graduate programme and seeks ambitious graduates to become Recruitment Consultants. You will learn end-to-end recruitment, build relationships in global finance and fintech, and own your desk from day one.

You will source and engage talent, win new business, advise clients on market trends, and work toward targets with a supportive team. Starting salary is £27k with up to 55% commission and extensive learning opportunities, plus 25 days leave and potential

Qualifications

• Degree or graduating in 2026.
• Resilient, competitive and driven by results.
• Sporting background is a must – you may have been part of societies/committees or played sport professionally growing up.
• A strong communicator, comfortable picking up the phone and building rapport quickly.
• Curious about finance, fintech and global markets.
• Coachable, with a real appetite to learn and progress.
• No recruitment experience needed. A background in sport, hospitality, retail or sales is welcome.
