Rule Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to build relationships with high-growth fintech and cyber security firms across leading financial markets. You will manage the full recruitment process from outreach to placement, engaging top-tier candidates and clients with tailored solutions.

The role offers a £30k base salary with on-target earnings of £50k in year 1, uncapped commission up to 40%, and fast-track progression.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships from day one, with start-ups, scale-ups, key decision-makers and businesses across leading financial markets.
• Speak with high-calibre and leading professionals about their careers.
• Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement
• Understanding client needs to deliver tailored recruitment solutions
• Source and engage top-tier talent and candidates across multiple search channels
• Act as the primary liaison between candidates and clients throughout the whole recruitment process
• Provide engaging interview preparation, feedback, and offer negotiation support and guidance
• Drive new business through pitching to high-growth tech and cybersecurity companies
• Consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets through placements, revenue and growth
• Further developing your own specialist market and personal brand
