Radley James is seeking a Graduate Recruitment Consultant in Greater London to learn the full recruitment cycle from day one and rapidly take ownership of your own desk.

You will build relationships with clients and candidates in the global finance and fintech market, source talent, win new business, manage candidates through to offer, and advise on market trends and salary strategy. No recruitment experience is required; a degree or graduating in 2026 is expected.

Salary: £27k + 35% commission, paid monthly with zero threshold

The role

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will learn the full recruitment cycle from day one and quickly take ownership of your own desk. You will:

• Build relationships with clients and candidates in the global finance and fintech market
• Source, headhunt and engage talent through LinkedIn, phone and your own networking
• Win new business and develop long-term client partnerships
• Manage candidates from first conversation through to offer and placement
• Advise clients and candidates on market trends, salary and hiring strategy
• Work towards targets and celebrate wins with the team

What we are looking for

• A degree, or graduating in 2026
• Resilient, competitive and driven by results
• Sporting background is a must - you may have been part of societies/committes or played sport professionally growing up
• A strong communicator, comfortable picking up the phone and building rapport quickly
• Curious about finance, fintech and global markets
• Coachable, with a real appetite to learn and progress
• No recruitment experience needed. A background in sport, hospitality, retail or sales is welcome

What we offer

• Starting salary £27k
• Up to 55% commission, paid monthly, with no threshold
• First class in-house learning and development, delivered internally. Our graduates have been promoted within six months of joining.
