Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £26,000 + Uncapped Commission (Year 1 OTE £35K-£40K) | Industry-Leading Training | Clear Progression to Director

Hours: Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm, with early finish on Fridays!)

The role you will play:

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will become a specialist recruiter within your market, responsible for building relationships with both clients and candidates.

You will:

• Source and interview high-quality candidates
• Build relationships with clients and win new business
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
• Negotiate offers and close deals
• Become an expert within your specialist market
