Job Title: Graduate Recruitment Consultant

Salary and Benefits

£20,000 - £24,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission

New graduate recruitment consultants can earn over £45k in their first year and over £80k by their third year. Our clients offer outstanding uncapped commission schemes with realistic targets, comprehensive training, and additional benefits.

About Recruitment

Recruitment is a challenging, rewarding, and varied career. You will build relationships with candidates and clients daily through face-to-face meetings and phone calls. Work alongside passionate senior consultants in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sourcing new candidates via networking, research, and headhunting
  2. Assessing candidate experience, arranging interviews, and managing interview processes
  3. Guiding candidates and clients through hiring, offering advice and coaching
  4. Managing offers, negotiating salary/pay rates, and ensuring satisfaction for both parties
Candidate Profile
  • Hard-working, ambitious, and proactive
  • Personable with strong communication skills
  • Good listener, adaptable, and responsive
  • Resilient with a strong work ethic
  • Achieved a 2.1 or above from a Russell Group University
