Summary

At MW Appointments, we are looking for someone to join our team as a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant in the Radlett, Hertfordshire office. The purpose of the role is to assist the Recruitment Consultants while learning and developing into a 360 Recruitment Consultant position.

Main Duties:

• Registering and interviewing new candidates
• Updating the details of existing candidates
• Preparing candidate CVs
• Quickly developing an understanding of the Insurance sector
• Matching candidates to suitable live vacancies
• Working on job vacancies
• Contacting shortlists of candidates for job vacancies
• Arranging job interviews for candidates
• Preparing candidates for interviews
• Ad-hoc duties as needed

Essential Skills Required:

• Strong IT skills including all MS Office
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
• Willing to learn a new industry and skills

What you need to know:

• Permanent role
• Based in Radlett, Herts WD7 - working Monday to Friday - hybrid
• Salary between £20,000 - £25,000 with opportunity for incentives and bonuses
