Due to recent business growth, we are hiring Trainee Consultants to join our successful team based in central Havant. This dynamic role involves working closely with both our temporary workers and clients in the Manufacturing and Industrial sectors.
You will receive comprehensive training covering all aspects of the job, including advertising and marketing positions, registering workers, coordinating and inducting temporary workers on-site, and liaising with our prestigious clients. Industry-specific training will also be provided to help you develop a solid understanding of the sector.
After completing your initial training, you'll be taught how to manage a sales process and will be expected to follow this process as part of your role. You will receive full support to learn and progress in the sales aspect of the job.
Additionally, you will have opportunities to gain professional qualifications, such as the Certificate in Recruitment Practice and an NVQ Level 3 in your field.
The team environment is fast-paced yet supportive, with excellent hands-on training from experienced colleagues passionate about the industry.

We seek a driven, positive individual with excellent customer service skills and confidence in face-to-face or over-the-phone communication. These skills may have been gained in a previous customer-facing role. Your main priority will be to ensure our workers and clients receive the highest level of service.
Since the role involves travel to client sites, you should have or be close to obtaining a full UK driving licence.
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
