We're looking to hire 2 new Recruitment Consultants to join the team in Dartford, Kent.

We are seeking candidates with 6+ months of sales experience (recruitment experience is not essential).

We will mentor and coach you to become a leading recruiter in the space, with opportunities to move into leadership roles in the long term.

Our office is based in Dartford, Kent, and we are looking for someone local or able to work in the office.

Salary range: £20-24k, dependent on experience.

Commission range of 10-25%, plus company-wide profit bonuses paid quarterly.

Requirements

• 6+ months experience in a sales and/or recruitment role
