My Recruitment Career is partnering with a specialist engineering and manufacturing recruitment company based in Hinckley. The role involves generating new sales, following up leads, and building strong client and candidate relationships.

No prior experience is required. We provide full training, uncapped commission with an OTE of £35k in the first year, and a clear path for rapid career progression within a sociable team.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales and leads for the business.
• Follow up all potential sales leads and convert opportunities.
• Liaise with new and existing clients to understand needs.
• Identify and engage candidates for current and future vacancies.
• Interview and register candidates, sourcing for vacancies and building relationships.
• Update the CRM system regularly to reflect activity and progress.
• Ensure compliance and maintain industry knowledge.
