Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months’ experience in a recruitment role.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.
• Confidence in engaging with candidates at all levels.
• Experience in Maintenance Engineering is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver on up to two active roles per week.
• Develop long-term relationships with candidates.

• Support Business Development Managers with account reviews.
