Job summary

Binnies, part of the RSK Group, is seeking motivated Graduate Quantity Surveyors to support cost and contract management on water sector projects. You will work with experienced surveyors and project teams across local and national assignments, with a mix of office, client, and site work requiring travel.

The role offers a clear path to professional chartership and development in a dynamic, regional infrastructure context. A relevant degree and strong numerical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline (RICS accreditation preferred).
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities with good communication.
• Willingness to travel and work with project teams across sites.

Responsibilities

• Assist cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions.
• Support contract administration and commercial reporting.
• Monitor costs, identify risks, and manage change processes.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with NEC contracts and frameworks.
• Contribute to value engineering and financial forecasting.
• Assist in cash/payment applications and subcontract management.
