Based at Maxim Park, Eurocentral, Motherwell, you will gain hands-on experience in commercial management for major infrastructure projects and work with experienced professionals to develop your skills and accreditation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying with minimum 2:2 honours.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Clear communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cost management across major infrastructure projects.
• Prepare cost reports, forecasts, budgets and financial performance information.
• Support procurement activities including tendering and commercial evaluations.
• Contribute to contract administration and project controls throughout the lifecycle.
