Balfour Beatty is seeking a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join its 2027 Early Careers programme in Scotland, based at Maxim Park, Eurocentral, Motherwell. Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying; minimum 2:2 Honours.
• Interest in infrastructure and construction industries.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist in commercial management of major projects, supporting cost management, procurement, contract administration and forecasting.
• Prepare cost reports, valuations, budgets, and financial performance information.
• Support measurement of completed works and assess costs against budgets and contractual requirements.
• Assist with subcontract procurement activities, including tendering and commercial evaluations.
