Gleeds invites ambitious graduates to join its construct graduate programme in cost management, based in the UK. You will work with experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience in estimating, planning, tendering and contract management to support successful project delivery.

The scheme supports you toward chartered status (RICS, CIOB, APM, and more) and provides structured development, annual leave, and salary progression as you grow within a global consultancy.

Qualificações

• Degree or masters completed or completing by August 2027 in quantity surveying, surveying, construction management, mathematics or physics.
• Right to live and work in the UK.
• Willingness to pursue professional accreditation and chartered status.

Responsabilidades

• Support cost management across projects, including estimating, planning, tendering and contract management.
• Assist with cost estimates, cost plans and tender documentation.
• Contribute to cost control, procurement and final accounts, ensuring value within budgets.
