Qualifications

• Degree or master's in quantity surveying, surveying, construction management, mathematics or physics.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Enthusiasm, adaptability and team mindset.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to high-quality service delivery across projects.
• Support Cost Managers in providing accurate outputs.
• Assist with preparing cost estimates, cost plans, cost-in-use studies and tender docs.
• Help manage tender processes, including evaluations and reporting.
• Support contract administration, valuations, payments, final accounts and client reporting.
