Qualifications

• Degree in quantity surveying, surveying, construction management, maths or physics (completed or completing by Aug 2027).
• Commitment to professional accreditation and chartered status.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to cost management and quantity surveying across projects.
• Assist with cost estimates, cost plans, and tender documentation.
• Support tender processes, evaluations, and reporting.
• Assist with contract administration, valuations, payments, and final accounts.
