Gleeds invites graduates to join its construction cost management team. The programme provides real project experience, guidance from experts, and support toward chartered status (RICS, CIOB, APM). You’ll gain hands-on experience in estimating, planning, tendering, and contract management.

You will be supported through professional reviews, accreditation costs, and industry-recognised training, with opportunities to progress globally within Gleeds.

Qualifications

• Must have right to live and work in the UK.
• Degree or masters completed or finishing by August 2027 in quantity surveying or related field.

Responsabilités

• Assist with cost estimating, cost plans, and tender documentation.
• Support contract administration, valuations and final accounts.
• Provide accurate outputs and contribute to high-quality service delivery.
• Work with Cost Managers on cost control, procurement, and reporting.
• Contribute to project close-out and client reporting.
