Gleeds is actively seeking graduates to join the construct graduate programme in the UK. As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will gain hands-on experience on world-class projects and receive guidance toward chartered status with bodies like RICS, CIOB, and APM.

You will work with seasoned cost managers to develop skills in estimating, planning, tendering, and contract management. The role combines learning with real project impact in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or masters in quantity surveying, surveying, construction management, mathematics or physics.
• Completion by August 2027.
• Right to live and work in the UK.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to high-quality service delivery across projects.
• Support Cost Managers in providing accurate and timely outputs.
• Assist with preparing cost estimates, cost plans, cost-in-use studies, and tender documentation.
• Help manage tender processes, including evaluations and reporting.
• Support contract administration, valuations, payments, final accounts, and client reporting.
