Qualifications

• Right to live and work in the UK
• Degree in quantity surveying or related field (completed or completing by August 2027)
• Interest in pursuing chartered status with recognised bodies (RICS, CIOB, APM)
• Strong communication and organisational skills

Responsibilities

• Assist with cost estimates, cost plans, and tender documentation.
• Support cost managers in controlling budgets and procurement.
• Contribute to contract administration, valuations, and final accounts.
• Provide high-quality service delivery across projects.
