As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor within our Regional Building business, you’ll gain hands-on experience from day one, working alongside experienced commercial and project teams. You’ll primarily work on projects across the education, health and defence, developing your technical, commercial and professional skills on live construction projects and contributing to the delivery of important buildings and facilities that make a real difference to the communities they serve.
You’ll support cost management and commercial decision-making, helping projects stay on programme and budget while building the experience you need for a successful career in quantity surveying.
This is a site-based role, with your initial project expected to be based in the Birmingham area. As you develop, you’ll have opportunities to gain experience across a variety of projects, clients and locations within the wider West Midlands region, helping you build broad commercial experience and a strong foundation for your career in quantity surveying.
