STRABAG UK is seeking a detail‑focused cost professional to join the Haweswater Aqueduct Resilience Programme in the North West of England. The role supports valuations, cost reporting and subcontract administration on a £3 billion infrastructure project delivering clean water to millions.

You will prepare cost schedules, manage subcontractor accounts, assist in cost control and ensure accurate measurement of quantities, WIP and cash flow.

Mansioni

• Assisting in preparation of valuations/applications for payment with full supporting documentation in accordance with the contract.
• Assisting in preparation of cost reports to the client with contractually compliant supporting documentation.
• Preparation of subcontract and material procurement schedules.
• Administration of subcontractor/supplier accounts from the preparation and monitoring of detailed requisitions.
• Undertake the contract administration and maintain associated registers.
• Utilise the costing system.
• Assist in cost control / cost mitigation.
• Use the cost allocation/coding which satisfies both internal and external requirements.
• Measurement of quantities in accordance with the standard methods of measurement as required.
• Maintain site records.
• Adhere to group procedures.
• Cash management including WIP control and cash flow production.
• Involvement in Business Improvement Initiatives.
