Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the issue of notices and correspondence to ensure compliance.
• Maintain registers of variations, delays, extensions of time and claims.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to technical and construction staff on risk and commitments.
• Assist with monthly progress valuations and claims for completed work.
• Produce pre-contract tender negotiations and reports.
• Issue monthly cost reports.
