Qualifications
- University degree or studying towards degree in quantity surveying, surveying, construction management, mathematics or physics.
- Demonstrated ability to work in teams and communicate clearly.
- Willingness to undertake professional accreditation and pursue chartered status.
Responsibilities
- Assist with cost estimates, cost plans, and tender documentation.
- Support cost managers in preparing outputs across projects.
- Contribute to tender evaluations and reporting.
- Assist with contract administration, valuations, payments and final accounts.
