Job summary

Qualifications
- A degree or masters in quantity surveying, surveying, construction management, maths or physics.
- Right to live and work in the UK.
- Available by August 2027 or completing by then.
- Support toward chartered status with RICS/CIOB/APM.
Responsibilities
- Support graduate cost management and quantity surveying activities.
- Gain hands-on experience in estimating, planning, tendering and contract management.
- Contribute to project delivery and client reporting.
- Participate in accreditation processes with guidance from mentors.
