Sir Robert McAlpine is launching its Graduate Programme 2027 for aspiring Quantity Surveyors. Based on projects across the UK, you’ll join a live project team from day one and begin working toward chartered professional status.

You’ll rotate across projects, sectors and specialisms, with four dedicated PD days and a clear route to ICE or RICS chartership as you build breadth, depth and a strong foundation for your career in construction.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related subject, completed or due in 2027.
• Curiosity, drive and a team‑first attitude.
• Willingness to travel and move between project locations.

Responsibilities

• Join live project teams on UK buildings and infrastructure from day one.
• Rotate across projects, sectors and specialisms to build breadth.
• Work toward a chartered professional status with ICE or RICS.
