Qualifications

• Degree in quantity surveying, surveying, construction management, mathematics or physics (completed or completing by Aug 2027).
• Demonstrated enthusiasm, adaptability and teamwork.
• Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Assist cost managers with cost estimates, cost plans, and tender documentation.
• Support tender processes, evaluations and reporting.
• Aid contract administration, valuations, payments and final accounts.
