Gleeds is launching its construct graduate programme in Leeds for 2027 graduates in Quantity Surveying. You will gain hands-on experience across estimating, planning, tendering and contract management while working with industry experts who will guide you toward chartered status with bodies like RICS, CIOB and APM.

You’ll receive full support for accreditation costs, paperwork help and access to industry-leading training as part of a supportive, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Degree in quantity surveying or related field; expected by Aug 2027.
• Right to live and work in the UK.
• Support to achieve professional accreditation (RICS, CIOB, APM).
• Strong communication and organisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to cost management across projects.
• Support cost managers with cost estimates, plans and tender documents.
• Assist tender processes, evaluations and reporting.
• Support contract administration, valuations, payments and final accounts.
