Qualifications

• Degree in quantity surveying or related field.
• Masters in quantity surveying or equivalent recognised by professional bodies.
• Strong communication and organisational skills; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to cost management across projects.
• Assist with preparing cost estimates, cost plans, tender documentation and cost‑in‑use studies.
• Support tender evaluations, contract administration, payments and final accounts.
