Job summary

Mott MacDonald in Leeds is offering a Graduate Quantity Surveyor position. You will support capital investment planning and financial forecasting across a range of infrastructure and property projects, gaining hands-on experience from day one.

You will join a mentor-led, three-year Accelerating your Future development programme, work with multidisciplinary teams, and have opportunities to rotate across Buildings, Defence & Energy, Water & Environment, and Transport portfolios.

Qualifications

• Less than 12 months of relevant experience (placements excluded).
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a similar RICS-accredited subject (completed by 2025 or later).
• Interest in Quantity Surveying and joining Mott MacDonald demonstrated in applications.

Responsibilities

• Work across all phases of project delivery from design to final settlement.
• Manage capital expenditure and assess financial impact of assets.
• Gain exposure to contract reviews, commercial strategy, and settlements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure financial integrity.
• Support clients across Environment & Water, Defence, Nuclear, Oil & Gas, Property, and Transport.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and promote transparency.
