Mott MacDonald Bentley in Leeds is hiring a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our Yorkshire Water framework. You will support contract administration, cost control and reporting while developing your NEC contract knowledge on live projects.

The role offers the Early Careers Development Programme, with 26 days annual leave, health cash plan, staff discounts and a clear path toward Chartered status. Travel within the region is required.

Qualifications

• A degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering or related field.
• Valid driving licence.
• Keen eye for detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with sub-contractors to meet project needs.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and minimise costs to maximise value.
• Keep records including final accounts for audits and cost assurance.
• Develop contract management skills and NEC change control.
• Promote quality, cost and safety while producing key documents.
