Qualifications

• For candidates, degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering or related field is required.
• - Keen eye for detail and accuracy in all tasks.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with sub-contractors, ensuring project needs are met.
• Develop contract management skills and understand NEC contracts and change control.
• Maintain records including final accounts for audits and cost assurance.
