Job summary

Kier Places is Kier's building, estate and property management business, delivering end-to-end solutions for places where people live and work. As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will assist in managing all contractual and financial aspects of projects, gaining hands-on experience and mentorship from seasoned professionals.

This 2-year programme is permanent and full-time, with starting salary £31,000 per year plus a car allowance on some contracts, and progression towards an assistant level

We're looking for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our Kier Places team based in the Sheffield region.

Location: Sheffield
Hours: 40 hours per week
Starting Salary: £31,000 per annum + Car Allowance (on some contracts)
Pathway: Permanent, Full-time 2-year programme, leading to assistant level role upon completion with salary potential of CIRCA £38k
Starting date: September 2027

As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you'll be working within the Kier Places team, supporting them in delivering end-to-end solutions for places where people live and work.
