Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd in Ringwood, Hampshire, is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor for an office-based role with site visits across the South. Salary £35,000 - £38,000 with progression, training and a gym membership plus travel.

You will support the commercial team with procurement, measurements and valuations, gradually taking responsibility for smaller projects as your experience grows, while working with experienced QSs and Directors.

Ringwood, Hampshire (Office Based with Site Visits Across the South)

This is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a growing main contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for someone who wants to develop their commercial experience, work closely with experienced QSs and Directors and progress into managing their own projects.

As Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will work closely with the commercial team, supporting experienced Quantity Surveyors with procurement, subcontractor packages, measurements, valuations and the wider commercial management of projects. As your experience develops, you will have the opportunity to take responsibility for smaller projects before progressing onto larger and more complex work.

This role would suit an Assistant Quantity Surveyor who is eager to learn, hardworking and wants to build a long-term career within main contracting. Experience with measurements, take-offs, subcontractor packages and JCT contracts would be beneficial, but the key requirement is someone with the right attitude who is keen to develop.
