Qualifications

• Psychology degree required (2:1 or first class preferred).
• Strong A-Level and GCSE results.
• Genuine interest in child development, mental health and inclusive education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Calm, patient and resilient approach.
• Experience with children/young people desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored 1:1 and small-group academic interventions.
• Support pupils with Autism, ADHD, SEMH and other learning needs.
• Encourage positive behaviour, emotional regulation and social development.
• Work closely with teachers to adapt learning activities for individuals.
• Help students build confidence, resilience and independence.
