Job summary

Totalwellnessacupuncture in Coventry is seeking a Graduate Learning Support Assistant to join the SEND team from September 2026. You will support pupils inside and outside the classroom, delivering 1:1 and small group interventions and helping students overcome barriers to learning.

Qualifications

• Psychology degree with expected grade 2:1 or first class.
• Strong A-Level and GCSE results.
• Interest in child development, mental health and inclusive education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivering 1:1 and small group academic interventions.
• Support pupils with autism, ADHD, SEMH and other needs.
• Encourage positive behaviour and emotional regulation.
• Work with teachers to adapt activities for individuals.
• Help students build confidence, resilience and independence.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment.
