Job summary

KPI EDUCATION is seeking a Graduate Psychology Learning Support Assistant in Coventry for a full-time, long-term role starting September 2026. You will join a dedicated SEND team to support pupils inside and outside the classroom, delivering targeted interventions and helping students overcome barriers to learning.

Qualifications

• Psychology degree (2:1 or First Class preferred).
• Strong A-Level and GCSE results.
• Genuine interest in child development, mental health and inclusive education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Calm, patient and resilient approach.
• Experience with children or young people (desirable but not essential).

Responsibilities

• Delivering tailored 1:1 and small group academic interventions.
• Supporting pupils with Autism, ADHD, SEMH and other needs.
• Encouraging positive behaviour, emotional regulation and social development.
• Working with teachers to adapt learning activities for individual pupils.
• Helping students build confidence, resilience and independence.
• Contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
