A welcoming secondary school in Coventry is looking to appoint an enthusiastic Psychology graduate to join its dedicated SEND team from September. This long-term opportunity offers invaluable experience working alongside experienced educators and SEND specialists while making a genuine difference to students every day.

The Role

As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you'll become an integral part of the school's inclusion team, supporting pupils both inside and outside the classroom.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering tailored 1:1 and small group academic interventions
  • Supporting pupils with Autism, ADHD, SEMH and other additional learning needs

About You
