What’s the role?

As a Graduate Psychology Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
• Assist students with SEND, SEMH, autism, ADHD, or additional learning needs
• Help create a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment
• Work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to support pupil progress and wellbeing
• Encourage students’ confidence, independence, and social development
• Build strong and positive relationships with pupils and staff

What are we looking for?

• Recent Psychology graduate with a strong academic background—1st or 2.1 degrees required
• Matching A Level and GCSEs
• Patient, empathetic, and resilient with excellent communication skills
