Job summary

You will work with teachers and SEND professionals, provide one-to-one and small group support, and help with literacy, numeracy and social development in a nurturing primary setting. Term-time only, £20,000–£25,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Support pupils across EYFS, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2
• Work alongside class teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive learning experiences
• Provide one-to-one and small group support to help pupils reach their full potential
• Assist with literacy, numeracy and intervention
• Support pupils' social, emotional and academic development
• Has a 2:1 or higher degree in Psychology, Education Studies, English, Maths or a related subject
• Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Is patient, enthusiastic and adaptable
