The Role

Support pupils with additional needs through a mixture of 1:1 work and small-group intervention across the school day. You will help students stay engaged in lessons, follow routines, access learning more confidently, and build positive relationships with staff and peers while working closely with teachers and the SENCO to support progress.

You are calm, observant, and able to build trust through consistency and clear communication. You want practical school-based experience, you can stay patient in a busy secondary setting, and you are interested in how targeted support helps young people feel more secure, more engaged, and more able to learn. Requirements
