Job summary

Ridge and Partners LLP in London is inviting ambitious graduates to join its two-year Evolve Graduate Programme as Healthcare Project Manager. You will gain hands-on experience delivering healthcare build-environment projects across hospitals and health centres, under experienced professionals.

During the programme you’ll assist with day-to-day project management, develop client relationships, prepare reports, chair meetings, track progress, and support chartership ambitions.

Qualifications

• 2:1 degree in PM, Construction PM or Healthcare field or related Master's is preferred.
• Available to start full-time from September 2027 and UK right to work.
• Passion for the Built Environment and willingness to learn and contribute.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day management of healthcare build projects.
• Develop strong client relationships and prepare project documentation.
• Attend, chair and record meetings; produce reports aligned to project stages.

Our two-year Evolve graduate programme develops and supports the next generation of Built Environment professionals. As a Graduate Healthcare Project Manager at Ridge, you will gain valuable on-the-job experience while supporting the delivery of specialist healthcare build-environment projects across a range of facilities, including hospitals and health centres.

Working alongside experienced professionals, you will assist with the day-to-day management of projects, develop strong client relationships, prepare project documentation and reports, attend, chair and record meetings where appropriate, produce reports aligned to key project stages, and support the tracking of project actions and progress.

• I have or am predicted a 2:1 bachelor's degree in either Project Management, Construction Management or a Healthcare related subject obtained in 2026/2027 or I hold a bachelor's degree in another subject together with a relevant Master's degree
