Madison Berkeley in London is partnering to recruit an entry-level Project Manager for a recent graduate who wants real responsibility from day one. You will work client-side on projects ranging from thousands to multimillion, leading smaller schemes as you develop.

The role offers APC pathway support, study and exam leave, mentoring from senior leaders, hybrid working, private medical insurance and pension.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate in Building Surveying, Construction Management, Project Management or similar.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.

The role:

• Work client side on projects ranging from a few thousands up to multimillion, taking the lead on smaller schemes as you develop


• Produce budget estimates and development appraisals, and support on planning and on-site delivery


• Visit sites across the UK, working with architects, QSs, engineers and contractors


• Help deliver sustainability and ESG initiatives, such as rooftop PV

About you:

• Recent graduate in Building Surveying, Construction Management, Project Management or similar
