Job summary

Babcock International Group runs a Project Controls Graduate Programme based in Bristol. Over two years, you rotate through Planning & Scheduling, Cost Management and Risk & Opportunity Management, gaining hands-on experience with live projects and structured mentorship.

You will develop technical, commercial and analytical skills to support governance and decision-making, with a clear progression path into permanent project controls roles after completion.

Qualifications

• Degree in Risk Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Finance, Economics, Project Management, Data Science, Maths, Statistics, Business Management, Information/IT Management, Sciences, or Engineering.
• Must be able to achieve BPSS and Security Check (SC) clearance.

Responsibilities

• Help keep critical defence programmes on track, within budget and delivering against their objectives.
• Develop and maintain schedules, monitor costs and progress, assess risks and opportunities.
• Analyse project data and produce forecasts and reports to support governance and decision-making.
• Gain experience across Planning & Scheduling, Cost Management, Risk & Opportunity Management, Project Reporting, Governance and Assurance.
