Job summary

weServed invites applicants to join the Project Controls Graduate Programme in Bristol. Over two years, you’ll rotate through disciplines such as Planning & Scheduling, Cost Management, Risk & Opportunity Management, Project Reporting, Governance and Assurance, applying learning on live projects across the lifecycle.

You’ll receive structured support, mentorship, and expert-led masterclasses while developing technical and analytical skills for a Project Controls career.

Qualifications

• Achieved, or on track to achieve, a degree in one of the specified subjects.
• Security clearance eligibility: BPSS and SC clearance may apply.
• Candidates must meet programme entry requirements and be able to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Help keep defence programmes on track, within budget and delivering objectives.
• Provide analysis and forecasting to understand performance, manage risk and plan effectively.
• Develop and maintain schedules, monitor costs and progress, assess risks and opportunities, and produce forecasts and reports for governance and decision-making.
