Job summary

Babcock International Group invites graduates to join a two-year Project Management Graduate Programme. You will rotate across four six-month placements in locations like Plymouth, Bristol, Warrington and Staverton, developing skills in planning, risk management and stakeholder engagement.

The programme offers mentorship, formal qualifications, and a path to substantive project management roles after completion. Starting salary is £35,000 with location-based variations.

Qualifications

• Must have achieved or be on track to achieve a 2:2 or above in any degree.
• Security clearances may be required (BPSS, SC) per GOV.UK guidance.
• UK national status may apply to eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of project management activities across placements.
• Contribute to planning, risk management and coordination with engineering, procurement and finance teams.
• Develop skills and progress toward professional qualifications through structured mentorship.
