WSP is inviting graduates to join its Civil teams across the UK as part of a two-year Graduate Development Programme. You will contribute to exciting projects in Bridges, Maritime, Aviation, Rail and Pavements, working within multidisciplinary teams and gaining hands-on experience through design, site visits and stakeholder engagement.
You will start in September 2027, have a 2:2 or higher in a relevant degree, and develop skills across transport infrastructure with strong mentorship and growth

A little bit more about your role and the team… Working as a Graduate in one of our Civil teams means contributing to exciting and innovative projects across specialist areas including Bridges, Maritime, Aviation, Rail Civil Infrastructure, Pavements and Asset Management. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects, from assessing and strengthening existing infrastructure to designing the next generation of transport, aviation and coastal assets. You will be part of multidisciplinary teams, collaborating with experienced engineers and specialists on real-world challenges. You will gain hands‑on experience through design work, technical analysis, site visits and stakeholder engagement, while taking on increasing responsibility as your skills develop. Whether you're helping to enhance rail networks, delivering sustainable port infrastructure, improving airport operations, developing innovative pavement solutions or supporting the long‑term management of critical assets, you will work on projects that make a lasting impact.
