Job summary

WSP invites graduates to join our Civil teams in 2027, working on Bridges, Pavements, Aviation, Maritime, Rail and Asset Management. You will collaborate with experienced engineers, undertake design, analysis, site visits and stakeholder engagement, with increasing responsibility as you grow.

Successful applicants typically hold a 2:2 in a relevant field; masters are required for Bridges roles. September 2027 start, with a two‑days‑per‑week home working option under our hybrid policy.

Qualifications

• 2:2 in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree (required)
• Bridges opportunities require Master’s degree
• September 2027 start date for intake

Responsibilities

• Join WSP Civil teams as a Graduate across Bridges, Maritime, Aviation, Rail Civil Infrastructure, Pavements and Asset Management
• Work on a wide range of projects from assessment to design of transport and coastal assets
• Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams with engineers and specialists and gain hands-on experience
