Job summary

Greencore offers a three-year Graduate Programme in Product Development. You will complete three 12-month placements across different Greencore locations in the UK, gaining hands-on experience from trend insight to launch.

You will learn to develop recipes, work with customers and suppliers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure commercial viability and scale. Applicants should have a degree in Food Science, Technology, Nutrition, Culinary Innovation or related field, plus

Qualifications

Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, Culinary Innovation or related discipline.
Experience - At least three months' relevant work experience.
Passion for Food and consumer trends.
Motivation to develop a career in the food industry and Product Development.
Flexibility to complete three 12-month placements at different Greencore locations in the UK.
Right to work in the UK for the duration of the programme (from September 2027).

Responsibilities

Take part in three 12-month placements across Greencore locations in the UK to gain broad product development exposure.
Develop recipes and concepts, work with customers and suppliers, and support factory trials toward launch.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including chefs and ingredient partners to refine products.
Prepare development documentation and support customer presentations.
Build a network across Greencore through placements and mentoring.
