Job summary

Greencore is offering a Technical Graduate Program designed to build future leaders in food safety, risk management, audits and teamwork. Your first-year placement will be at a site in a factory environment and you will be part of the QA team delivering safe, legal, high-quality fresh food.

This program provides on-the-job training with mentoring and regular reviews, plus relocation support and a cohort experience across up to 20 graduates, enhancing career development within our fast-paced food

Qualifications

• A 2:2 honours degree in Food Science or a related science field.
• At least three months of relevant work experience.
• Right to work in the UK for a minimum of 3 years from Sept 2027.
• Motivation to advance a career in the food industry.
• Flexibility to complete three 12-month placements at different UK locations.
• A full UK driver’s licence and own transport preferred.

What you’ll be doing

• Governance: Drive governance and uphold high standards across the organisation.

The Technical Graduate Program provides the best opportunity to gain as much experience as possible in food safety processes and systems, risk management skills, audit capability and teamwork, fundamental to being a successful Technical Manager. Your first-year placement will be based at a site, where you will spend time understanding the role of operations in a factory, and be part of the QA team to deliver safe, legal and great quality fresh food to our customers. Food technology graduate roles will require you to spend a high proportion of your day within a factory environment
