Greencore invites aspiring graduates to build a career in Food Manufacturing and Operations through a structured graduate programme. You will rotate across locations in the UK, with mentorship from a line manager and dedicated support to develop your skills and knowledge.

This Program emphasises curiosity, willingness to challenge norms, and adaptability, with on-the-job training, relocation assistance, and access to a broad alumni network as you work toward becoming an Operational Leader.

Qualifications

• Degree: Achieved or expected to achieve at least a 2:2+ honours degree in any discipline.
• Experience: At least three months of relevant work experience.
• Work eligibility: Right to work in the UK for a minimum of 3 years from September 2025.
• Motivation and flexibility: Commitment to advancing career in the food industry and willingness to complete three 12-month placements at different locations across the UK.
